The car seat fits. It requires the passenger seat to be moved forward a bit, but not too much. Loading/unloading the kiddo is tricky, but doable. She seemed to enjoy the ride!

Keep in mind this was marketed as the “family sports car” when new!

The car is one my dad recently finished. A local bar has a roll-in on Saturdays, so we brought three of his Studebakers. They were the only 3 cars in attendance.

Is it safer to have her in the back or front? Obviously no risk of an airbag going off here. Either way, stay away from accidents in that thing.

Good question... It was a 6-mile round trip through farm country to a town of 730, so it was pretty low-risk.
